Step back into the 1940s for an unforgettable evening inspired by Victory Ball celebrations, complete with vintage flair, music, and dancing, while supporting Door County Housing Partnership’s work to support families and preserve vibrant, diverse, and strong communities.

ATTIRE: Guests are encouraged to dress in 1940s-inspired attire (swing dresses, victory rolls, seamed stockings, suits, fedoras, or tasteful military-inspired looks).

Door County Housing Partnership invites you to a special Art Gallery Pop-Up featuring the vibrant work of local artist Archelle “Buttons” Wolst.
Buttons has generously donated over 300 pieces of her artwork for this event. There will be a raffle for the beautiful Clark Lake painting! All proceeds from sales will go directly to DCHP’s mission of creating and preserving affordable housing in Door County.

helps neighbors right here at home. The pop-up will be hosted by our very own board members, ready to welcome you.

We are delighted to invite you to an evening of fabulous food and fun at our Raise the Roof Gala – 2025, a 40’s themed event featuring the Swingin’ Door Big Band and “Rosie the Riveter” on May 15, 2025, in Sturgeon Bay WI.
This year’s gala promises to be an unforgettable evening, highlighting dinner, live entertainment with emcee Dan Klarer, free swing dance lessons and a thrilling virtual home build, all in support of the Door County Housing Partnership. Your presence will help us make a significant impact on providing affordable housing for our Door County workforce. We have already built homes for six deserving families throughout Door County and with your help, we will build two more in 2025!
